Carla Bozulich is an art-punk provocateur: a writer, producer, curator, interdisciplinary artist and prolific musician with one of the most unique voices in any genre. Her work is brutally raw and weirdly visionary.
Following appearances, recordings and tours with a multitude of bands she found her home within the roster of much celebrated Montreal label Constellation Records. It was Constellation who released the Evangelista album, a record that won much critical praise and spawned an equally successful sequel, drawing on the musical community surrounding the label and the legendary Hotel2Tango recording studio. Subsequent albums have been released, global tours embarked on, and Bozulich continues still.
Following her appearance at Fort Process, Carla will be hosting an improvisation workshop at The Rose Hill in Brighton – details will be published in due course. Spaces are extremely limited due to the intimate nature of the workshop, so early booking is recommended. Please contact us for details.
