When you sign up to our newsletter then your details will be held by Mailchimp.  If you purchase tickets to one of our events your details will be held at the third party ticket outlets we use such as WeGotTickets.

We retain your information for as long as you are signed up to our newsletter.

HOW WE SECURE YOUR INFORMATION
As the input of your details into MailChimp and ticket seller sites occurs directly on their site there are security issues associated with its transfer.

We use cookies on our website for reasons tied into their functionality within WordPress, the platform on which we operate.

TRANSFERS OF YOUR INFORMATION OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA
As Mailchimp is based in the US there will be transfer your information outside of the European Economic Area when you sign up to the newsletter.
